October 20, 2023 Dear Prospective Clients, We met Sam at an open house in 2013, shortly after we parted ways with our first realtor. We found Sam to be professional, friendly (and hilarious), but also truly interested in helping us find the home that we wanted and was right for us. By this time, home prices were starting to rise again and while Sam made sure we were aware of the changing buyer landscape, he never pressured us to view or choose a home that didn’t fit our priorities. I had the pleasure of working with Sam Kwasman twice. In 1999 he helped me buy my first house , and in 2023 he helped me sell it. In addition, he helped me in ways he was not obligated to do. In 1999 I was so nervous about buying a house and he allayed my fears. The house turned out to be my biggest and best investment. I was sick with cancer in 2023, and most of the time I was in the hospital. Sam carried the burden of selling the house in my absence and was so good at communicating with me.
